Announcements

• Saturday, 9^th – 8:00 a.m. – Men’s Community Prayer Breakfast
• 9:30 a.m. – Women will decorate the church for Christmas
• Sunday, 10^th – 3:30 p.m. – Christmas program and Carol Sing, followed with ‘cookie time’ The cookies will be made by the ladies using recipes from our past cookbooks.
• All ‘angel’ gifts due to the church
• Monday, 11^th – 10:00 a.m. – PW Circle meets at the church; ladies please join us!!
• Tuesday, 12^th – 7:00 p.m. – Choir practice
• Wednesday, 13^th – Noon Prayer time

Mission projects – Angel Tree gifts due on December 10^th.

Christmas Joy Gift offering received through the month. The donations are used to supply grants and aid to retired church workers with critical housing needs, financial and medical needs; give scholarships for racial ethnic students at Presbyterian-related schools and colleges and equip the leaders for ministry. Please make checks payable to OPC, with memo ‘Joy’.  Thank you.

There are still a few quarts of stew available for sale. Please contact Dudley Barnes, Jim Ingram, or the church office.

Prayers continue for those on our weekly prayer list – Sue Huggins, Ann Currin, Dottie Price, Pete Strother, John Newell, Linda Diamond, Fred Heath, Isabella Baird, Hannah Hobgood  and others you may know.

Dottie Price is home recovering from recent surgery and appreciates the prayers and other acts of kindnesses shown to her.
